"We purchased a newly constructed home in 2017 with an unfinished basement and hired Park Hill to finish the basement in Feb-March 2018 to include an exercise area, bedroom with closet, 3/4 bath, and large open area.
We also had them install a new backsplash in our kitchen and complete a storage area with shelves in our master bath to eliminate some wasted dead space left by the original house design. They completed everything on time and very close to the original estimate even after various changes we introduced while work was in progress. Everything looks as if it was part of the original construction of the house from the beginning.
Despite the extensive nature of all the work, it resulted in a minimum of disruption for us and most importantly we have a fantastic, well lit, comfortable, finished basement that meets all our needs and will provide plenty of extra room when our children and their families come to visit our new home."

"A great local construction company. Gail, Justin, Deby and crew are experienced, very capable, and nice to work with. We received a fair and reasonable estimate for a small basement remodel which included, demolition of part of a wall and just about all of the existing drywall. They performed repair to water damaged framing, moved some existing copper piping, installed new drywall, trim, and recessed lighting, built out a bedroom, pantry closet, and storage closet, and installed two egress windows. We plan to finish their work by doing our own paint and flooring. Gail understood our vision for how we wanted the floor plan to be, and they did exactly what we asked. They kept us informed, came to work every day when they said they would, and worked straight through two and a half weeks until it was finished. Very happy with how it turned out."

But, Park Hill Construction made it a reality. As an Architect, I have always professed that beauty is in the details; and Park Hill definitely captured the details. Starting with the beautiful clear grained rough sawn cedar beams and standing seam metal roof, to the black steel brackets and fasteners, and all the right accessories including custom railings, accent lighting, audio/video systems and electric heaters.
Customer Service was paramount to us. We needed a contractor that understood the need to minimize disruption to our lives, care for our pet, and value of our time. We have worked with many contractors on multiple projects over the years.
